eConvey is the collaboration of people with many years of experience in the property market bringing together a wealth of knowledge and understanding and with goals to make property an easy experience for all.

Chris Hill- Senior Lawyer and Principal 

Chris has been a practising lawyer for over 29 years and a financial adviser for over 25 years. He is a specialist accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria, a Certified Financial Adviser and an Accredited Self-Managed Super Fund Specialist Adviser by the SMSF Association, the pinnacle body in Australia for self-managed super fund professionals. Chris is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Financial Planning Association of Australia and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a worldwide professional association for practitioners dealing with family inheritance and succession planning. He is also a former member of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM). Chris practices exclusively in the areas of estate planning, self-managed super fund structuring and advice, asset structuring, business succession planning and more recently aged care advice. His experience as both a lawyer and financial adviser provides unique insight and the ability to adopt a strategic approach in delivering legal solutions to his clients.

Chris holds regular speaking engagements, educational workshops and guest radio spots, presenting on a wide range of both legal and financial topics, both in Australia and the United States.

Chris acquired eConvey from Donna Smith in August 2021. Not only is Chris is the Managing Director of eConvey he is Managing Director of Hill Legal and Life Solutions Financial Advisers which focus on providing holistic tailored legal and financial solutions to clients at different stages of their lives.

Chris holds other non-professional associations and sits on the board of various charitable and philanthropic organisations.


Donna Smith- Conveyancer

Donna established eConvey in 2006.  Donna has worked in the legal industry as a Law Clerk and Conveyancer since 1986.  In that time Donna has dealt with many different clients and diverse situations.  Donna successfully obtained a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) at RMIT and was awarded the Australian Institute of Conveyancers Prize for the most outstanding graduate 2009. Donna is a Member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victoria Division) inc. and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

Donna’s extensive and diverse experience in the industry ensures eConvey is a professional, reliable and efficient conveyancing firm offering excellent service throughout Victoria in all forms of conveyancing.


Tracy Miller- Conveyancer

Tracy commenced working in 1975 as a young law clerk for a suburban law firm and obtained her experience whilst working for legal firms in all areas of law in the Melbourne CBD and Mornington Peninsula, joining eConvey in 2010.

Tracy has enjoyed property/conveyancing work since early 1980.  Tracy’s only leave of absence from the industry was during maternity leave for her two now grown children.  Tracy has a good rapport with many Solicitors and fellow Conveyancers which is very important.

Tracy enjoys being able to assist people and has been fortunate to work in a happy and pleasant environment especially at eConvey where she proudly works together in a brilliant and professional team.  Tracy welcomes your inquiries.


Maddy Threlfall (formerly Kraulis)- Conveyancer  


Maddy joined eConvey in 2014 and has become an integral team member. Maddy prides herself on providing friendly, efficient, conveyancing services and welcomes your inquiries.

Now residing in Shepparton Victoria, we are thrilled to have Maddy remain in our midst. Maddy has worked hard with the successful completion of the Diploma of Conveyancing, in May 2018.  She has 2 small children, therefore currently only working part time but is still happy to welcome and assist you with any enquires or questions you may have.


Susan Masters- Conveyancer


Susan has been with eConvey since its inception.  Susan has completed her Diploma of Conveyancing and is proficient in all areas.  Her main roll is the preparation of Section 32 Statements and Contract of Sales.  Susan has 3 children and currently works 4 days a week. In early 2022 Susan made the country change to work remotely in Echuca. Susan has a bright, bubbly personality and welcomes your inquiries.


Elizabeth Pratt- Conveyancer  

Elizabeth joined eConvey in February 2018. Elizabeth completed her diploma of conveyancing, graduating in 2016. With her cheerful and outgoing personality, Elizabeth will be happy to welcome and assist you with any enquires or questions you may have during your conveyancing transaction.



Sandra Meyer- Conveyancer

Sandra is one of the first people you will encounter when contacting eConvey.  Sandra made a career change in 2017 and joined the eConvey team. She then went on to completed her Diploma in Conveyancing in July 2020. Sandra welcomes any inquiries you may have.




Katrina Millar- Conveyancer

Katrina joined eConvey in August 2021. Previously personal assistant to Chris Hill, assisting him with the preparation of Superannuation Fund documents, Litigation files and Wills and Estate matters she found the love for property law. Completing her Advance Diploma in Conveyancing at RMIT, November 2021 she was ready to take on the challenge in the conveyancing world.  With her friendly and caring nature Katrina will be happy to welcome and assist you with any enquires or questions you may have during your conveyancing transaction.


Danni Lewis- Conveyancer

Danni joined eConvey in 2018 and has become an important part of our team . She completed her Diploma in Conveyancing December 2019 and manages her files efficiently and quickly. She is dedicated to her work and ensure you gets the best results possible. Danni would be thrilled to receive your enquiry and help you along your conveyancing journey.




Novi-Jae Hollenstein

Novi is the first person you will encounter when contacting eConvey. Her interest in property law is the reason she has taken on this roll and become apart of the team.  Recently having had a child she currently works part-time, however, her friendly, efficient and hard working nature will assist her in her conveyancing career. She is also currently undertaking her Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing at National Business Institute of Australia. Novi will be more than happy to deal with or direct any inquiries you may have.
